Training: Helping Restaurants Reduce the Spread of COVID-19

Learn how your health department can work with local restaurants to decrease the transmission of airborne viruses such as COVID-19 and influenza with a new, video-based, interactive training developed by the Public Health Foundation, in partnership with the Food and Society Program at the Aspen Institute. The training, Safety First: Helping Restaurants Reduce the Spread of COVID-19, is now available through the TRAIN Learning Network. This training includes three modules: Source Control and Infection Basics; Ventilation Basics; and Vaccination Communication Strategies. Following the completion of the training, the post-test, and the evaluation, users may receive a certificate of completion.
