New Article Focusing on Vaccine Hesitancy

Immunize.org, Emory University, and Association of Immunization Managers (AIM) recently published an article in Vaccine titled Supporting Immunization Programs to Address COVID-19 Vaccine Hesitancy: Recommendations for National and Community-Based Stakeholders. The article focuses on challenges to addressing vaccine hesitancy, the value of community-based partnerships and stakeholder engagement, and next steps. The article includes recommendations that various stakeholders (i.e., government agencies, academia, business, faith leaders, and community-based organizations, health care organizations and philanthropic and pharmaceutical organizations) can undertake to help Immunization Programs manage vaccine hesitancy.
