STI Awareness Week Toolkit: April 14 – 20

STI Awareness Week, happening April 14-20, 2024, provides an opportunity to raise awareness about STIs and how they impact our lives; reduce STI-related stigma, fear, and discrimination; and ensure people have the tools and knowledge for prevention, testing, and treatment.

This toolkit provided by CDC serves as a comprehensive guide for public health communicators for their outreach activities during STI Awareness Week. Users can choose from three distinct campaigns—GYT: Get Yourself Tested, Prepare Before You're There, and Talk. Test. Treat.— each targeting different aspects of STI prevention and diverse audiences.
